Criteria for Brand New Condition

  • Must be sealed in its original Box
  • Box is not damaged or tampered with
  • IMEI numbers will be checked through services database to confirm device is not used
  • Certified Refurbished devices will not qualify for this price

Criteria for As New Condition

  • No signs of wear (as new condition)
  • No scratches or markings
  • Must have a battery health level of a least 85%

Criteria for Working Condition

  • Standard use acceptable (i.e. light scratches on the screen)
  • No cosmetic damage (i.e cracks/ dents/ deep scratches)
  • No faulty or missing parts
  • Must have a battery health level of at least 80%
